Perform 5 sets of 6L/6R single-leg RDL
• This should be as heavy as possible for 5 sets across
• Perform as non-alternating sets
• Athletes may use a single KB, double KB, or a barbell for loading

In between sets of RDLs, accumulate a total of 50 chest to bar pull-ups in as few sets as possible. The body MUST make contact with bar somewhere below the collar bone in order for the rep to count.
RX: As written.
INT: 30 CTB; no bands
SC: Barbell CTB Pull-ups

The goal here would be to actually make contact with the bar; make an effort to touch some part of the body below the collar bone to the barbell.
