STRENGTH

Hang Clean + 2 Front Squats
Work up to a maximal single
As a complex, perform one hang clean (full squat) followed by two additional front squats.
CONDITIONING

For time:
1 round of:
100 double-unders
50 squats
25 push press, 95/65
Then, 2 rounds of:
60 double-unders
30 squats
15 push press, 95/65
Then, 3 rounds of:
40 double-unders
20 squats
10 push press, 95/65

RX:
As written.

INTERMEDIATE:
Double under attempts@half reps (i.e., 50 attempts instead of 100 double unders)
Push press@75/55

SCALED:
Penguin jumps@half reps (i.e., 50 attempts instead of 100 double unders)
Push press@65/45 or further as needed.
