U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent Michael E. Weston, 37, assigned to the Kabul Country Office in Kabul, Afghanistan, was killed on October 29, 2009, when the helicopter he was in crashed in western Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife Cynthia Tidler, parents Judy Zarit and Steve Weston, and brother Thomas.

• If there are no dumbbells available, kettlebells may be used.
• Please do not use multiple sets of weights (for example, a heavier set of weights for the farmer’s carry, and then a lighter weight for the waiter’s walks). Choose ONE weight for all the movements.
• Individuals may complete the workout as written.
• To perform as a partner workout, a team of two athletes share a rower and one set of weights. Work must be divided equally between the two partners, with only one athlete working at a time.

There is a 40 minute time cap.
