STRENGTH

This is an opportunity to work on heavy singles of the snatch variation of choice. Athletes may choose a full snatch, a power snatch, or any hang and/or split variation they would like.

CONDITIONING

From CrossFit New England –

“Run-a-Bel”
6 Rounds For Time of:
200 Meter Run
5 Power Snatches, 135/95

*”Karabel” is a hybrid workout combining “Karen” (150 wall ball shots) and “Isabel” (30 snatches@135/95). This version subs out a run for the wall ball, hence the name “Run-a-bel.”

RX:
As written.

INTERMEDIATE:
125/85 or 115/75

SCALED:
95/65 or further as needed.
