Rest Day


Accessory Work

Perform a Giant Set (basically a superset with 3 movements instead of 2) of:

5 Rounds
• 15-30 second L-Sit (on rings or parallettes; scale to tuck holds)
• 100′ Bear Crawl ( – can go forward & backward, or just forward)
• 5L/5R Single-Arm Front Rack OR Goblet-Hold Weighted Pistols (use a KB; on floor, standing on top of box OK, scale to unweighted pistols or single-arm front rack Russian step-ups)

10 200-meter sprints
Rest as needed between efforts.
